They're banking on that you'll never go over 100 Megabytes and probably won't use more than 1 GB (1000 Megabytes) of bandwidth per month. In short, what they're doing is scamming you. Make sure you read the Terms of Service. The fine text states that if you go over 10% CPU usage, they'll terminate your account.
